CaféProfitCalc is built to be used without giving up any personal information. This page explains exactly what happens to your data — and what doesn't.
The calculator itself
The revenue and cost figures you enter into the calculator are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are never transmitted to our servers, stored in a database, or seen by us in any form. Close the tab or refresh the page and everything you entered is gone. There is no account to create and nothing to save.
Advertising and cookies
This site is free to use and supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely through their settings, though this may affect how ads and some site features display.
Analytics
We may use basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views and referring pages) to understand which content is useful and to fix broken pages. This data is not tied to your identity and is never combined with anything you enter into the calculator.
Third-party links
Blog posts and the About page link to outside resources. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of other websites — check the policy on any site before sharing information with it.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, since the calculator collects no personal information at all.
Changes to this policy
If how this site handles data or advertising changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised accordingly.
